1. Eligibility to qualify 

To be eligible, an applicant must:

(a) Register for the event online.

(b) Must attend at least one of the live retail events in its entirety.

(c) Applicant must be able to present the deal and show documentation of its current validity.

(d) The decision to accept that the deal is superior to what is being offered is in the sole discretion of Resimax Group.

2. General

Resimax Group reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice and at any time.Resimax Group events are conducted periodically in Singapore and other cities. The applicability of this Offer to any particular event may vary at Resimax Group’s discretion and will be as advertised and promoted by Resimax Group.

Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, Resimax Group (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of (i) the Offer; (ii) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Resimax Group’s control); (iii) any variation in Land value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (iv) any tax liability incurred by an Eligible Purchaser; or (v) use of the Land.

Resimax Group collects event registrant’s personal information in order to conduct the events and promotions. If the information requested is not provided, the registrant may not be able to participate in the events and any subsequent offers. Resimax Group will not disclose this information to anyone other than contractors who provide services for the purposes of conducting its events or Offers unless compelled or permitted by law.  A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Privacy Officer of Resimax Group.
