Offer to Purchasers of Land  

Resimax Group is offering eligible applicants a number of conditional benefits and bonuses when purchasing a property in a Resimax Group development (the “Offer”).

The Offer is made subject to the terms and conditions set out below (“Terms and Conditions“).  The promoter of the Offer is Resimax Group Pty Ltd ABN 80 164 428 942 (“Resimax Group”).

1. Eligibility to qualify for the Offer

To be eligible for the Offer, an applicant must:

(a) Enter in a contract to purchase an allotment of land (“Land”) from Resimax Group and pay a deposit on that contract.

(b) Applicants who qualify as above are “Eligible Purchasers”.

2. Details of the Offer

2.1         Purchase of Land at AUD $250,000

(a) The allotment of land that is the subject of the Offer is selected at Resimax Group’s sole discretion and will be from land stock held under the control of Resimax Group.

(b) The price of the Land will be AUD $250,000 or higher, with the actual price determined by the size of the allotment. Allotments priced at AUD $250,000 will be subject to availability.

(c) The price for the Land is the value of the land only and excludes government taxes and charges (including stamp duty), legal costs of the Eligible Purchaser and any and all other costs associated with the Eligible Purchaser’s purchase of the Land.

2.2         10% interest payable on deposit

(a) Resimax Group will pay the Eligible Purchaser interest at the rate of ten (10) percent per annum on money lodged as deposit on the Land.

(b) The interest is paid monthly up to the date of settlement when the deposit will form part of the settlement amount.

2.3         Land could increase in value within 7 years

(a) Due to current market conditions, it is possible that the Land that is the subject of this Offer could increase in value significantly over the next seven years.

(b) Resimax Group makes no guarantee that any property, including the Land, will increase by any particular amount within any future period of time.

3. General

Resimax Group reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice and at any time. Resimax Group events are conducted periodically. The applicability of this Offer to any particular event may vary at Resimax Group’s discretion and will be as advertised and promoted by Resimax Group.

Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, Resimax Group (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of (i) the Offer; (ii) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Resimax Group’s control); (iii) any variation in Land value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (iv) any tax liability incurred by an Eligible Purchaser; or (v) use of the Land.

Resimax Group collects event registrant’s personal information in order to conduct the events and promotions. If the information requested is not provided, the registrant may not be able to participate in the events and any subsequent offers. Resimax Group will not disclose this information to anyone other than contractors who provide services for the purposes of conducting its events or Offers unless compelled or permitted by law.  A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Privacy Officer of Resimax Group.
