Who is Resimax Group?

Why are you offering this investment?

Our customers are looking to invest and profit from the stable and transparent Australian residential market. This investment opportunity offers this without the high initial and ongoing fees that eat into the investment profit.

What is a property fund?

‘Property funds’ commonly invest in property developments, which can be residential, commercial, industrial, etc. The funds are used in combination with bank funding, and the developers’ money to bring the project to completion. Often these funds have a time frame of 1-5 years depending on their size.

How are you able to provide these high returns?

Instead of Resimax paying the same (or higher) amounts to a bank/financier, we would rather pay this return to current and/or potentially future customers – this way, the client becomes the lender.

What are my on-going costs?

None. Any fees are covered by Resimax Group.
